President of the Kyrgyz Football Union (KFU) Kamchybek Tashiev met with CAFA Secretary General Ulugbek Karimov. KFU reported on social media.
The meeting took place during the match between the national teams of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan at the CAFA U-20 Championship tournament.
The head of the KFU welcomed the Secretary General and thanked him for the opportunity to hold this tournament. Ulugbek Karimov noted that it is held at an excellent organizational level.
Recall, the CAFA U-20 International Tournament with the participation of teams from Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan is being held in Jalal-Abad.
The national team of Kyrgyzstan took first place in Group A and will play with Iran in the final on July 11.
