All people who reside or temporarily stay in Kyrgyzstan will be able to make an appointment with the Public Service Centers using their mobile devices without registration in the application. The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to it, the innovation is aimed at increasing the convenience and efficiency of interaction of citizens with government agencies, improving access to services for foreigners.
This will allow to get important public services quickly and without queues.
1. Download Tunduk application.
2. Open «Services» section.
3. Select «Making appointment with the Public Service Center».
4. In the opened window, select «Online appointment with the Public Service Center ».
5. Fill in the form (full name, phone number, e-mail) and click «Appointment with the Public Service Center».
6. Select the required Public Service Center and service.
7. Specify a convenient appointment time.
8. Enter the confirmation code sent to your e-mail.
9. Receive a ticket, which will be added to the queue at the appointed time.
Unauthorized users can issue only one ticket at a time. If you make a mistake when filling in, you need to cancel the existing one before you can issue a new one.
