More than 200 officials, who did not submit the declaration or submitted it with violations, were brought to responsibility. The Prosecutor General’s Office of Kyrgzystan reported.
According to it, employees, who failed to submit a tax declaration or submitted it in violation of the established deadline, were held accountable.
During a check of the implementation of tax legislation, facts of non-submission or submission in violation of established deadlines of declarations on income, expenses, liabilities and property by civil servants and municipal employees for 2023 were revealed by the prosecution agencies of Osh region.
Proceedings were initiated for an offense under Article 438 of the Code of Offenses and the materials were sent to the judicial authorities, as a result of which 201 state civil servants and municipal employees were held accountable by imposing fines totaling 603,000 soms.
