Kyrgyzstan’s team takes 2nd place at Asian Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships

The Greco-Roman wrestling team of Kyrgyzstan took the second place in the team ranking at the Asian Championships among athletes under 23 years old. United World Wrestling reports.

Kyrgyzstanis won three gold, one silver and five bronze medals.

Amanat Samat uulu (up to 67 kilograms), Asan Zhanyshov (up to 87 kg) and Nurmanbet Raimaly uulu (up to 97 kg) became champions of Asia.

Arkyt Orozbekov (up to 130 kg) won a silver medal.

Akyl Sulaimanov (up to 60 kg), Adilkhan Nurlanbekov (up to 72 kg), Alibek Berdiev (up to 77 kg), Bekzat Orunkul uulu (up to 82 kg) and Azamat Kamilzhan uulu (up to 55 kg) took the third places.

Wrestlers from Kazakhstan took the first place.
