A regulation on the procedure for implementation, stimulation and encouraging youth volunteering activities was approved. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgzystan reported.
The corresponding decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov.
Thus, the provision implements Article 16 of the Law «On Youth» and determines the procedure for implementing, stimulating and encouraging youth volunteer activities.
In accordance with the regulation, youth volunteering activities are carried out on a voluntary basis in various forms without receiving monetary remuneration, during which they can acquire knowledge, experience, skills and demonstrate their abilities.
When forming incentive measures, the level of involvement and motivation for youth participation in volunteer activities are taken into account.
