An officer of the Border Service of the Osh garrison was detained. The press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
According to it, on June 25, security officers detained the 38-year-old man. He is suspected of systematic extortion of money from soldiers under various pretexts.
A case was opened under the article «Extortion» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
