A naked man ran along the roadway and attacked cars with a knife. Eyewitnesses posted on social media.
According to them, the incident occurred at the intersection of Togolok Moldo and Kudruk streets. Five cars were affected.
Witnesses suggest that the man was under the influence of drugs. They contacted the police.
