The Committee on Social Policy of the Parliament considered the candidacy of Zhyldyz Polotova for the post of Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Her candidacy was nominated by President Sadyr Japarov. As a result of the voting, deputies unanimously supported the appointment of Zhyldyz Polotova.
She served as Deputy Minister of Labor from 2014 to 2018.
The head of state signed a decree, according to which Gulnara Baatyrova was relieved of her position as Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration due to appointment to another position.
