Kurman Ait will be celebrated in Kyrgyzstan on June 16. The press service of the Spiritual Directorate of the Muslims of Kyrgyzstan reported.
«Due to the fact that Dhul Hijjah month begins on June 7, and the Day of Arafat is celebrated on June 15, Kurman Ait will be on the next day, Sunday,» the muftiyat noted.
It was previously reported that Kurman Ait will be celebrated on Monday, June 17. This day was approved as a non-working day by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
