Kamchybek Tashiev hands keys to new apartments to border guards in Batken

Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS), Kamchybek Tashiev, took part in a number of events in Batken region on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Border Service of the SCNS. Region TV channel reported.

Tashiev attended the ceremony of commissioning an apartment building for families of border guards and familiarized himself with the construction of another residential facility.

He also participated in the opening of a new building of the military unit and barracks for «Boru» special unit, which meet modern requirements, and handed over the Colours to the military units. The head of the SCNS congratulated border guards and veterans on the holiday, emphasizing that the President of the country pays special attention to the work of the Border Service, improving material support, providing housing for families of border guards and raising salaries.

In addition, according to the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Daniyar Satimov, Deputy Director of the Border Service of the SCNS, was awarded the shoulder straps of a Major General.
