Employees of the Biological Resources Control Department of the Environmental Technical Supervision and Biological Resources Service of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Kyrgyzstan conducted a raid. The press service of the ministry reported.
According to it, employees of the ministry seized an endangered golden eagle on Ala-Too square in Bishkek.
«For violation of Article 262 of the Code of Offences, a fine of 20,000 soms is imposed on individuals and 65,000 soms — on legal entities,» the Ministry of Natural Resources said.
An explanatory conversation was held with the violator to prevent violations of legislation in the field of protection of flora and fauna. The bird was handed over to NABU.
