At least 16 fires were registered in the republic over the past 24 hours. The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
One fire broke out in Osh region, two — in Talas region, three — in Batken region, and five each in Chui and Jalal-Abad regions.
At least 17 fire brigades were involved in their extinguishing.
