Man wanted for crime in Russia steals car in Batken

A citizen who stole a car was detained in Batken region. The press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the region reported.
According to it, a 19-year-old resident of Jenish village of Kadamdzhai district applied to the police with a statement on March 17 and reported that an unknown person stole a Daewoo Tico car, which belonged to another citizen.
The statement was registered in the Internal Affairs Department of Kadamdzhai district under article 211 «Theft of motor vehicles». Pre-trial proceedings were initiated.
It was found out that the detainee was wanted for committing a crime in Russia. The suspect was taken to a temporary detention center. The investigation continues.
