Boiler equipment operators were injured as a result of the breakdown at the Bishkek heating and power plant (HPP). The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan informed 24.kg news agency.
Two patients have extremely severe burn shock, the third — of moderate severity, and the fourth is in relatively satisfactory condition. The victims suffered I, II and III degree burns on the face, neck, body, and upper respiratory tract.
Two people are in intensive care unit, one is in the burn unit. Two more people refused hospitalization. Their condition is satisfactory and stable.
The Minister of Health Alymkadyr Beishenaliev visited the victims.
The victims are 22, 23, 33, 34 and 35 years old.
