All large Public Service Centers (PSCs) throughout Kyrgyzstan have switched to a single work schedule since January 18. The Ministry of Digital Development reported.
Public Service Centers will operate from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. without a lunch break.
«This significant step was taken to solve the problems of high workload in the morning and meet the needs of citizens with a standard work schedule from 9 a.m.,» the ministry noted.
Previously, a new work schedule was in force in two large Public Service Centers (from 8.20 a.m. to 8 p.m.) in pilot mode. However, the results showed that the work of Public Service Centers in the evening is not in demand among the population.
The new schedule is aimed at reducing the load and waiting time in queues, ensuring the uninterrupted provision of public services.
Detailed information about the work of Public Service Centers can be obtained at the call center 119 (the call is free).
