Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) Kamchybek Tashiev promises to show faces of deputies and officials who go to brothels and use sexual services.

He threatened that, regardless of their position — whether it is a deputy of the Parliament, a statesman or a businessman, the State Committee for National Security will show their faces. Kamchybek Tashiev added that the SCNS has found out who goes to the brothels and uses the services of escort girls. According to him, the identified persons include deputies of the Parliament, former deputies, assistants and advisers to deputies, current officials, businessmen, government and public figures.

«We will show that this or that official, businessman, deputy is involved in such matters. I warn everyone so that they know that we will fight such cases,» the head of the security services said.

According to Kamchybek Tashiev, no one in the country is allowed to use the sexual services provided by Kyrgyz women.

The head of the SCNS also warned government agencies about suppression of illegal activities in organizing various entertainment establishments, bathhouse complexes and brothels that provide citizens with intimate services. He warned that if such institutions continue to operate, the heads of local government bodies and law enforcement agencies will be fired.

Earlier, the press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported that brothels operated in Bishkek and the Chui region under the guise of karaoke clubs. It was noted that ten brothels were detected in the capital that worked under the guise of massage parlors. The state committee distributed video and photographs in which the faces of the detainees were not hidden. Some photographs clearly show the personal information of women brought to law enforcement agencies.

The Ombudsman’s Institute of Kyrgyzstan called on government agencies to ensure compliance with the rights of women detected by the State Committee for National Security in brothels. It recalled that the publication of photos of women and the disclosure of their personal data are a violation of their rights established by law.
