Vice President of the Wrestling Federation of Kyrgyzstan Akhror Iminov was released from the pre-trial detention center on his own recognizance. The Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek reported.
The judge changed the preventive measure for the suspect in financing members of the organized crime group of the liquidated crime boss Kamchi Kolbaev in the form of arrest and released him on his own recognizance.
Akhror Iminov was arrested as part of a criminal case initiated under Article 261 «Creation of an organized group or participation in it» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the State Committee for National Security, the vice president of the Wrestling Federation was involved in the activities of a number of companies for the transportation and logistics of goods, and also took part in collecting the so-called tribute (approximately 30 percent of the total profit) for the general fund of the organized crime group.
