President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov laid a capsule under the foundation of the first high-rise multifunctional hotel complex in the history of the country, Manas Tower 45, in Bishkek. The press service of the head of state reported.
Such a high-rise complex is being built for the first time in the history of the republic. The Department of Presidential Affairs and foreign investors are involved in implementation of the project. Construction is planned to be completed within 2.5-3 years.
The project assumes that the complex will consist of 45 floors, will include a five-star hotel, a business center, conference rooms, restaurants, a hypermarket, more than 20,000 retail spaces and an underground parking lot for 600 cars.
«Our ancestors, who lived for dozens of centuries, bequeathed independence to the new generation. In turn, the younger generation is obliged to protect and preserve our beautiful Kyrgyzstan. We firmly believe that we will fulfill the legacy of our ancestors, build a developed country, a strong state, and achieve the noble goals of passing it on to our descendants,» Sadyr Japarov said.
He stressed that a rapid pace of development of the construction industry is registered in the republic. State policy is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the successful work of investors in any field, for which various preferences and benefits are provided. He added that foreign tourism is growing in the Kyrgyz Republic along with domestic one. The geography of cooperation in the field of business and entrepreneurship is also expanding.
The President expressed confidence that this hotel complex would have a modern design, would add beauty to the city and would be a building with comfortable conditions for guests of the capital. The hotel will become one of the unique and recognizable buildings in the city that will develop.
Sadyr Japarov said that, according to the project, at the very top of the building there will be a helicopter and panoramic platforms, which will give residents and guests of the city the opportunity to admire the beauty of Bishkek from a height of more than 200 meters. The complex will also have retail outlets that will provide jobs for the population.
