The Russian company Ural Airlines has been temporarily banned from international flights. The corresponding order was published on the website of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
The airline can regain the right to operate flights to other countries after it signs a tripartite agreement with the National Leasing Company and the current lessor.
The rights of Ural Airlines to operate foreign flights can be temporarily transferred to Aeroflot, Azimut, Red Wings, Azur Air. These are, in particular, flights to China, the UAE, Thailand, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.
For now, Ural Airlines can only freely operate international flights to Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
Previously, the media reported that the company had difficulties with the re-registration of Airbus aircraft into Russian ownership, which delayed signing of the contract. The delay in re-registering the aircraft as Russian property arose due to more stringent requirements that the authorities impose on private airlines.
