The III Forum of Rectors of Higher Educational Institutions of Kyrgyzstan and Russia began at the Osh State University. The press service of the Ministry of Education and Science reported.
According to it, the forum is attended by heads of relevant ministries and about 80 rectors of higher educational institutions of the two countries.
«The forum was organized with the aim of identifying key areas of Kyrgyz-Russian cooperation in the fields of science and education, bringing together the educational systems of Kyrgyzstan and Russia as part of the development of Eurasian integration,» the ministry noted.
The first forum was held in March 2019 in Bishkek, the second — in June 2022 in Yekaterinburg.
