The co-founder of Kaganat Resort recreation center and the owner of Aurora Group, Azret Bootaev, was detained by the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS).
According to the state committee, a criminal case is being investigated against the so-called crime boss Kamchybek Asanbek (Kamchi Kolbaev) under Article 222 «Money laundering» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Azret Bootaev was detained on October 4; he is an accomplice in the case. According to investigators, the detainee is a business partner of the crime boss.
