Member of an organized crime group Adilet Kasenov was released due to a serious illness. The Pervomaisky District Court informed 24.kg news agency.
It is noted that the accused is paralyzed on one side. Therefore, at the request of the investigator, on August 22, Adilet Kasenov was released from custody on his own recognizance.
Adilet Kasenov was detained together with members of the organized crime group of Kamchi Kolbaev in May of this year. According to investigators, the detainees spent many years robbing entrepreneurs of cargo containing consumer goods imported from China.
