An athlete from Kyrgyzstan, Razzak Beishekeyev, won a bronze medal at the Asian Games in China. The Games’ website reports.
In the weight category up to 67 kilograms, Razzak Beishekeyev defeated a wrestler from Uzbekistan in the fight for bronze.
In the 1/4 finals the Kyrgyzstani lost to a wrestler from Japan, who reached the finals. Razzak Beishekeyev defeated Firuz Mirzorajabov from Tajikistan during the consolation tournament.
Zholaman Sharshenbekov became the champion of the Asian Games. Akzhol Makhmudov will compete for gold, and Atabek Azisbekov — for bronze.
