They discussed issues of further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation with the IMF, as well as the development of the global economic situation.
The head of state noted that Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to partnership with the IMF, which in turn provides constant support in promoting structural reforms and in general in the development of the country’s economy. He stressed that in recent years the effects of climate change have become more visible around the world. This is one of the most important issues on the global agenda and requires structural changes for the transition to a green economy.
