The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan together with the Ministry of Digital Development launched a pilot project on online re-registration of vehicles. Press service of the ministry reported.
According to its data, it was developed on the initiative of the presidential administration and implemented on the platform of RSK Bank OJSC.
For online re-registration it is necessary to take pictures of the car and make a video. Information about visual inspection will be stored in the database of the departments of Unaa state enterprise for 30 days.
Online re-registration will be available for users of RSK 24 application.
It is also possible to sell cars online, but if the car is not pledged and there are no fines.
Online re-registration will be available in other payment systems in the near future.
