Two headless bodies were found in Moscow. Moskovsky Komsomolets website reports.
According to it, one of the dead is a tourist from Buryatia, the second is a citizen of Kyrgyzstan.
«The maniac was detained after committing his second murder. The investigators are collecting documents for a psychological and psychiatric examination and studying recordings from CCTV cameras,» the media outlet reports.
