Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov, as part of a working trip to Jalal-Abad region, took part in the opening of secondary school No. 64 named after Asanbek Kulubaev in Aksy district. Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
«Parents of students will not worry about their children, especially in winter, because they will no longer have to go to school 3.5 kilometers away. A new school is not only new opportunities, it is a symbol of a prosperous future,» Akylbek Japarov said.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers added that 60.9 billion soms are allocated for the education sector in 2023, including 7.7 billion soms will be allocated for the construction of general education institutions.
According to him, in 2023, 100 schools out of 204 planned for the coming years will be commissioned.
The new school building is designed for 100 students. The total estimated cost was 93 million soms. About 81 million soms were allocated from the republican budget for its construction.
