The Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan was opened in St. Petersburg (Russia). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The consular district includes the territories of Karelia, Komi, Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kaliningrad, Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov Oblasts and St. Petersburg city.

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic residing in this district can apply to the Consulate General to receive all types of consular services established by the legislation of Kyrgyzstan.
