The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan excluded inspections by tax authorities from the list of inspections on which a temporary ban (moratorium) has been imposed. The order was signed by the head of the Cabinet Akylbek Japarov on August 14, 2023.
It came into force ten days after its publication.
The same document abolished the moratorium on inspections on compliance with the norms and requirements of legislation in the field of fire safety.
Earlier, the Cabinet canceled the moratorium on inspections of business related to the safety of Issyk-Kul resort area.
