The President of Kyrgyzstan appointed new heads of two districts. The relevant orders were signed by Sadyr Japarov.
Bekmaat Masaidov was appointed the head of Panfilov district of Chui region. Previously, he was an expert at the department for examining decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers.
Ex-mayor of Cholpon-Ata Japarbek Ormonov became the head of Issyk-Kul district of Issyk-Kul region. He replaced Kalybek Zhumadylov, who was dismissed by the President on August 23, 2023. Japarbek Ormonov was the speaker of the Osh City Council in 2020 and was beaten during the October events.
