Tourists from Ukraine and the Czech Republic got injured in Ala-Archa gorge, Alamedin district of Chui region. They were taken to the hospital. The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan reported.
A 67-year-old citizen of Ukraine had injured his leg near Zharylgan Zhurok place (Broken Heart) on August 21. A 71-year-old foreigner, who came from the Czech Republic, suffered a similar injury near a waterfall in the same gorge.
Six rescuers were called to the scene. Before the rescuers arrived, the staff of Ala-Archa Nature Park handed over the citizen of Ukraine to the ambulance team.
Rescuers brought the citizen of the Czech Republic down from the mountain and took him to the Bishkek City Clinical Hospital No. 4. The condition of the tourists is satisfactory to date.
