Some Bishkek streets to have no drinking water on August 23

Supply of drinking water will be suspended in a separate area of the city on August 23, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The press service of the Bishkek City Hall reported.

The shutdown area is:

• Abakanov Street — Deng Xiaoping Avenue — Kustanayskaya Street — railway line;
• Kustanayskaya Street — Volkov Street — Sadygaliev Street — Deng Xiaoping Avenue.

The shutdown is due to repair work at Kirkomstrom water intake and city water supply networks.

Supply of residential buildings, schools, preschool institutions, industrial, healthcare and other social facilities with drinking water will be suspended.
