Council for selection of innovative projects to be formed in Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyzpatent proposes amendments to the law on Innovation Activity. The draft resolution has been submitted for public discussion.

It contains the following tasks:

• Promotion of development of the domestic innovation ecosystem;
• Promotion of the formation of a competitive environment in the field of innovation;
• Assistance in the implementation of innovative projects, start-ups.

To achieve these goals, a Council for selection of innovative projects and start-ups is being created. Its composition is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. Anyone can submit their developments, regardless of form of ownership.
