A schoolboy hanged himself in a stable in Nookat. His fellow villager was detained on suspicion of incitement to suicide. The Department of Internal Affairs of Osh region informed 24.kg news agency.
The fact was registered on July 25. The suspect is 36 years old. He was detained and placed in a temporary detention center. An investigation is underway.
According to media reports, the 12-year-old boy left a note for his relatives before his death. In it he told that he was severely beaten by a neighbor.
