Demand for travel offers to Kyrgyzstan is growing, and vacation on Issyk-Kul lake is in demand first of all. RTN reports with reference to tour operators.

Demand for summer vacation in the Kyrgyz Republic in Alean company is almost twice as much as last year. The main tourist flow are residents of the regions nearest to the border, who get there by their own vehicles or purchase tourist bus tours. At the same time, the demand for sightseeing tours has decreased. As a rule, they are not combined with recreation on the lake, since they all start and end in Bishkek.
«This year there are direct flights from Moscow and Yekaterinburg to Tamchi airport, which is much closer to Issyk-Kul than Bishkek,» tour operators explained.
According to Russian Express company, demand for destinations in Kyrgyzstan has increased by 60 percent compared to 2022.
