Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan Kudaibergen Bazarbayev discussed issues of cooperation with the Labor Minister of Israel Yoav Ben-Tzur. Press service of the ministry reported.
Participants of the meeting discussed the possibility of legal employment of Kyrgyzstanis at Israeli enterprises.
Kudaibergen Bazarbaev noted that Kyrgyzstan is interested in organizing conditions for legal employment.
«As part of the decree of President Sadyr Japarov to improve the migration situation, the ministry is working in two directions. The first is the creation of jobs within the country. Here, at the initiative of the head of state, we help families in need to move from receiving benefits to starting a small business through the conclusion of a social contract with the state. About 13,000 low-income families have already received 100,000 soms from the state budget and became individual entrepreneurs, receiving a weekly income. The second direction is legal employment abroad. Kyrgyzstanis can find employment through the Ministry of Labor in the UK, Russia, South Korea, Lithuania, France, Sweden, Japan, and Germany. Other directions are being considered,» he said.
In turn, Yoav Ben-Zur said that Israel needs labor force in the areas of construction, hospitality and care for the elderly.
