A man had raped his daughter for 10 years. The victim told Azattyk radio about this.
According to her, her father abused her for the first time when she was only seven years old, at that moment her mother was in the maternity hospital.
For more than ten years, the woman did not even suspect what was happening in the family. The man was detained only two months ago. During the investigation, the victim told about 43 episodes of rape. The case is being considered by the Suzak District Court. The girl’s defence lawyer demands life imprisonment for her father.
«I ask for a fair decision. I’m not asking for a decision in my favor. Let them at least consider the case within the law. As far as I know, the court is being offered money. But I don’t have it. I can’t bribe a judge. This person should be imprisoned for life,» the victim said in an interview.
As the Jalal-Abad Regional Court told 24.kg news agency, the first trial will take place on May 25 at 9 a.m.
According to the investigation, in early March, the 19-year-old girl applied to the Suzak District Department of Internal Affairs with a statement. She told that at the end of September 2022 she was raped by her 43-year-old father.
The fact was registered under the article «Rape» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Examination confirmed the fact of rape. The man was detained and placed in a temporary detention center, later he was placed in a pre-trial detention center.
