Well-known in Kyrgyzstan businesswoman Asyl Talipova was detained in Bishkek. Own sources in law enforcement agencies informed 24.kg news agency.
She was detained by employees of the State Committee for National Security.
«Asyl Talipova was charged under the article «Unauthorized occupation or seizure of premises, buildings or structures» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. She was placed in the temporary detention center of the Central Internal Affairs Department of the capital,» the sources informed.
Earlier, Asyl Talipova was accused of fraud. Later, several police officers and the former head of the Internal Affairs Department of Oktyabrsky district of Bishkek, Ulan Aaliev, were arrested based on her statement. The latter was detained for torturing Asyl Talipova. By a court decision, Ulan Aaliev was fined 300,000 soms.
