Ex-member of the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan Gulnara Dzhurabaeva, who was previously arrested in the so-called Kempir-Abad case, was placed under house arrest. This decision was made by the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek.
Gulnara Dzhurabaeva said that the petition for changing the measure of restraint was submitted by the investigators. «The court granted this request. The state of my health is normal, but I must continue treatment,» she said.
The Committee for protection of Kempir-Abad reservoir was created on October 22. It includes activists, politicians and MPs.
