The Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan offers low-income citizens to conclude a social contract.
The draft resolution, submitted for public discussion, states that if a family member, who signed this document, is registered as unemployed or is looking for work, then he or she is removed from the register after three months following the month of signing the contract.
Re-registration is possible in case of fulfillment of the conditions of the social contract. For example, the signatory voluntarily refuses the assistance offered under the contract.
The applicant will be able to apply for the monthly allowance ui-bulogo komok, if the family has children under 16 years old.
Low-income families receive assistance on the basis of a social contract for the next three years from the date of expiration of the three months following the month of conclusion of the contract.
The contract provides for payments for vocational training and retraining.
