Ambassador of Ukraine to Kyrgyzstan Valery Zhovtenko asks Kyrgyz migrants to refrain from traveling to territories seized by Russian troops and warns them of criminal liability. He stated this in a video interview.
According to him, Kyiv considers such migrants «as accomplices of military aggressors.»
