A cache with firearms and ammunition was found in Talas region at the border with Kazakhstan. The press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to it, the national security officers and sappers found a camouflaged cache containing a fragmentation grenade (RGD-5) and a 12-gauge smoothbore gun with erased numbers in the mountainous area of Kara-Buura district.
Investigative and operational measures are being taken to identify the persons involved.
