Parents of HIV-infected children did not receive benefits in January. Deputy Vinera Raimbachaeva announced at a meeting of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.
She recalled that a decision had been made to pay parents of such children 100,000 soms each.
«This amount is included in the budget. The Ministry of Finance promised to pay the money. But it’s already February and the money hasn’t been allocated yet,» Vinera Raimbachaeva said.
