The decision was made for the uninterrupted supply of electricity and gas to houses and apartments, but people still complain about frequent gas and electricity shutoffs.
Hot water pressure has been reduced for at least three days in apartment buildings in the capital of Uzbekistan to improve the heating of apartments. Residents of Tashkent were also urged to reduce the use of electricity for heating as much as possible.
The Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan also reported that the movement of buses on regular international routes was suspended due to severe frosts.
