Alai district of Kyrgyzstan participates in the People’s Choice Award voting. Green Destinations website reports.
Stories that are in the world top 100 best stories of Green Destinations 2022 participate in the competition. In September last year, Alai district, with the support of Greentour and Bai Alai projects implemented by Helvetas, got into this rating.
Alai district became the first destination from the countries of Central Asia and the CIS, which got into the rating.
Anyone can vote on Green Destinations website or by clicking the link directly. Voting will last until January 23, and the results will be announced in March at the international exhibition in Berlin.
Green Destinations is a global non-profit organization founded in the Netherlands to support sustainable destinations, their businesses and communities.
