Work is underway on Myrza-Ake — Kara-Kuldzha — Alaiku road from the 74th to the 10th kilometers to clear it from snow due to avalanche with a volume of about 4,000 cubic meters that has descended there. The Ministry of Transport and Communications reported.
A heavy snowstorm is registered on the 45th, 58th and from the 69th to the 73rd kilometers of the road. Special equipment was brought: a loader and a bulldozer. In addition, snow is being cleared after an avalanche from the 86th to the 104th kilometers of the road.
«A total of eight avalanches descended on Myrza-Ake — Kara-Kuldzha — Alaiku road on January 4-5, 2023. The snow mass has been removed from the road,» the Ministry of Transport noted.
