Presidential Envoy to Batken region Abdikarim Alimbaev obtained the rank of Major General. It was announced at the opening of new barracks of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
President Sadyr Japarov presented the highest military rank.
In addition to the Presidential Envoy, three deputy heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Adylbek Biybosunov, Erkebek Ashirkhodzhaev, Suyunbek Niyazbekov, obtained the rank of Major General.
Abdikarim Alimbaev was appointed to the post of Presidential Envoy to Batken region on May 6, 2021.
