Since the beginning of 2022, more than 4,300 hectares of land have been transformed in Kyrgyzstan. The Director of the Land Resources Service, Abdulat Myrzaev, told at a press conference.
«At least 38 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers were adopted, by which 4,339.35 hectares of land were transformed from one category to another,» he said.
Some 4,021 hectares were transformed for the construction of individual residential buildings, including 3,143 hectares for the construction of Asman city.
At least 9.9 hectares were transformed for the construction of a power transmission line, 20.78 hectares — for the construction of a stadium, 79 hectares — for the construction of a hydroelectric power station, 130.39 hectares — for industry and 79.09 hectares of land — for the placement of logistics centers.
According to the director of the department, since the beginning of the year, 94 materials on the transfer of land from one category to another have been submitted for consideration by the Land Resources Service. Based on the results of the examination, 43 cases were returned to local state administrations for revision. At least 13 cases are pending.
