The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev met with the Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida. Press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry reported.
The Prime Minister of Japan noted the need to combine efforts in solving global problems, on strengthening and ensuring international and regional security in the fields of energy, ecology and food. The parties also discussed a wide range of issues, including current areas of bilateral cooperation in the social, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as issues of establishing and strengthening contacts between the regions of the two countries.
«In order to bring bilateral relations to a new, qualitative indicator, the importance of organizing mutual visits at the highest and high levels was noted. The meeting was held as part of the 9th Dialogue of the Council of Foreign Ministers «Central Asia + Japan,» the statement says.
