A march against gender-based violence takes place in Bishkek.
About 30 activists participate in the march. They will walk from Russia cinema to the park of Fighters of the Revolution.
Activists hold banners in their hands: «Introduce public control of work of the police», «Do you cover ala kachuu? You will be imprisoned», «Not a tradition, but a crime», «Crisis center in every district and village».
The march participants demand to introduce criminal liability for domestic violence, complicity in ala kachuu (bride kidnapping) and concealment of information about these crimes.

The global campaign begins every year on November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. It will continue until December 10, the International Human Rights Day.
